Play-based coaching is for anyone that wants to use play as a tool for tangible behavior change: Doing more of the things that make you feel great, doing less of the things you know are not good for you and an opportunity to experiment and do things differently. Or simply this can be for people that want support and permission to play more. Sessions can be customized to support you in achieving specific goals, working through limiting beliefs and bringing more possibilities, lightness and creative well-being into your life.

Testimonials

"I legitimately felt like I was 6 or 8 years old again, which I honestly don’t know if I felt that since I was those ages. I was actually seeing from those eyes" – Sam G.

“I think it is a very useful teaching pedagogy. There is something about it. ... It felt like I could really let myself go and yell, scream and be weird. For me personally, I have a tendency to overthink, where in these workshops I feel like I can really let go. It helps to move the places that are stuck.” – Sasha S.

“We need to, we need permission to not take something seriously in order to take it as seriously as it ought to be taken because some of these things are just so big”. – Hōshin L.

“I really appreciate that all those games gave me a chance to practice being with my breath, body, and with my inner world while in the world …” – Rehana T.

“[I] Just wanted to let you know that I spent the last couple weeks hanging out with nieces and nephews and really noticed the impact of your play workshop series. I felt that my ability to improvise games with them and drop into play space was strong.”

– Garrett J.
