Each week we will meet for 2 hours. The intention is for this to feel like LESS. To bring more slowness, levity and joy into the everyday busy-ness. The sessions will be designed to be nourishing, with movement, meditation, creative explorations, lot's of play and co-creation. The wider arc of the series will be framed within the lens of Systems Change to better see/feel how our individual play drives change and impacts the whole!
I see the possibility to do these workshops at home as a huge opportunity! We will engage with our spaces with curiosity. Seeing/Doing stuff that we see/do everyday in a new way. Exploring our internal patterns with fun and humility.

No specific experience with play and/or contemplative practice is needed to be a part of this. Ideal participants would have an openness and interest in exploring different modes of play with a community of practice.
Similar to non-flexible people doing yoga, people that feel they have a block around play are warmly encouraged to join.
This work can be surprisingly healing and connecting.
Five Live Sessions - Specific Dates/Times for cohorts are decided based on what people share in the Rolling Registration form. Once there are enough people available at a certain time, I will form the next group. So be sure to add all times you can be available.
